“Is this a juried show?”
The Pennridge Gallery of the Arts is open to the public and all artists and crafters are welcome to register as long as works are handmade by the artist/crafter. Click “REGISTER” for more information.
“Are there awards?”
Yes! We offer 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Honorable Mention in all Artist Categories, and a “Best in Show” to one participant. Click “AWARDS” for more information.
"Can I sell LuluRoe, Scentsy, or similar products?"
Unfortunately, this festival does not accept vendors who do not handmake their products; this event is open to Artists and Crafters who sell their own handmade goods only.
“What is the cost of Registration?”
We offer several levels of pricing for registration, based upon when you register. Register early for the best price & most promotional value! Click on “REGISTER” for more information.
"How big is my space if I register?"
Each artist/crafter is allocated a 10x10 space. We cannot take requests for specific locations for your registered space.
“Can I Register in more than one space?”
If a 10x10 space is not suitable for your needs, you can register for two spaces. We will ensure those spaces are placed next to one another in order to accommodate your needs.
"What are the rules for set-up?"

"What is your weather policy?"
Our festival goes on, rain or shine! In the rare and unfortunate case of extreme weather we would relocate (to a location TBD) and you will be notified of the alternate venue.
"What is the refund policy?"
Fees cannot be refunded due to cancellations, weather, or other issues.
"What Liability does Sellersville Borough take in putting on this festival?"
The Exhibitor (artist) agrees to assume all liability for and indemnify Sellersville Borough, Pennridge Gallery of the Arts, volunteers, and other vendors from and against any and all claims, with loss of life, personal injury, and or property damage, theft, arising from or out of installation, setup, operation and dismantling of exhibit. All artwork and property left overnight is at your own risk.
“What are the age requirements for participating?”
We offer student rates starting at ages 14-22, and have registration to all who wish to register. Click on "STUDENT ARTISTS" for more information.
“How can I contribute as a volunteer or sponsor?”
We offer several opportunities for local sponsors and volunteers to get involved with our beloved festival. Click on “VOLUNTEERS/SPONSORS” for more information, or contact pennridgegalleryofthearts@gmail.com for further information.

"Is there parking available?"
Street parking is available, as well as municipal parking lots with limited parking located at Temple Ave and behind the Sellersville Fire House.
"What about COVID?"
We will be following whatever CDC and State Guidelines are in place at the time of this event to keep our artists, crafters, vendors, volunteers and community safe.
